Bloomberg ETF Analyst: Hashdex's application for a dual BTC and ETH ETF could include other cryptocurrencies.

ChainCatcher news, according to DLNews, Bloomberg industry research ETF analyst James Seyffart stated that Hashdex's application for a dual ETF for BTC and ETH is "very significant." If the U.S. SEC decides to approve it, the terms included in the application will also allow Hashdex to add other cryptocurrencies to the fund in the future, transforming it into a cryptocurrency index.

It is reported that Hashdex already has DeFi index funds, Web3 index funds, and metaverse index funds, each containing at least a dozen cryptocurrencies. According to relevant procedures, the SEC must respond to the dual fund application by March 2025.
