ChainCatcher message, Conflux stated on social media that it will activate and implement 12 CIPs in the next hard fork system upgrade, including key proposals such as CIP-130, CIP-137, and CIP-1559. This will introduce the 1559 mechanism, be compatible with the Cancun upgrade, enhance system functionality, adjust the consensus protocol, and fix bugs.
