The proposal by Stader Labs to "burn 20% of the SD tokens" has been approved.

ChainCatcher news, the proposal "Destroy 20% of the total supply of SD tokens" from the multi-chain liquid staking platform Stader Labs has been approved. The first phase of the SD token economics overhaul will be completed.

The proposal indicates concerns over the low liquidity and high FDV of SD tokens, suggesting to destroy 20% of the total token supply, which amounts to 30 million SD, reducing the total supply from 150 million to 120 million.
