Oracle API3 completes $4 million token financing, led by DWF Labs.

ChainCatcher news, decentralized oracle API3 announced the completion of a $4 million token financing, led by DWF Labs, with participation from Spartan Group, Nomura Securities subsidiary Laser Digital, and Caladan (formerly AlphaLab).

This round of financing will mainly be used for the launch of the OEV network mainnet, further integration of decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain networks, as well as supporting the ongoing development and promotion of API3 services.

API3 stated that in this round of token financing, API3 sold 1,423,500 API3 tokens at an average price of 2.81 USDC, with the sold tokens adopting a structure of 12 months linear unlocking and 6 months lock-up.
