ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed company Rezolve Ai announced the acquisition of Subsquid, with the specific acquisition amount not disclosed. The company will also purchase SQD tokens and will rename itself in due course after obtaining approval from regulatory agencies and exchanges. SQD tokens will be acquired annually into the Rezolve Ai treasury.
