The U.S. listed company AgriFORCE Growing Systems plans to change its name to AVAX One

ChainCatcher news, AgriFORCE Growing Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: AGRI) announced that it will be renamed AVAX One, planning to raise approximately $550 million and adopt the AVAX treasury strategy.

The company's goal is to hold over $700 million in AVAX tokens, which includes approximately $300 million in private investment (PIPE) that has been successfully raised, as well as an additional $250 million planned for future fundraising. The company's strategic advisory board is led by SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci and Coinbase's head of institutional business Brett Tejpaul.

This capital raise is led by Hivemind Capital, with participation from over 50 institutional and crypto-native investors, including firms like ParaFi, Galaxy Digital, and Digital Currency Group.
