Gray scale submits revised S-1 filing to convert Dogecoin Trust to ETF, Arca proposes changes to its Ethereum Trust

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Grayscale has submitted a revised S-1 filing to convert its closed-end Dogecoin trust into an ETF.

According to the filing, Grayscale will select Coinbase as the primary broker and custodian for the Dogecoin ETF. If approved, the ETF will trade on the NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol GDOG. Previously, the NYSE Arca had submitted an application to trade the Grayscale Dogecoin Trust. Meanwhile, the NYSE Arca has also submitted a proposal to modify the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and its "mini" version to trade under the recently approved "generic listing standards," which will reduce the stringent oversight of the U.S. SEC.
