The profit and loss for long positions is 185 million USD, while for short positions it is -604 million USD.

Among them, the whale address 0x5b5d..60 has shorted BTC with a 10x leverage at a price of 111,459.6 USD, currently having an unrealized profit and loss of -14.7288 million USD.
