Yieldfusion

YieldFusion is a DeFi structured products platform that facilitates the creation and dissemination of any type of structured product. YieldFusion accomplishes this by minting unique 2 404-series tokens per product, creating a primary market for these types of financial vehicles. A secondary market for any structured product can exist since the ERC-20 side of 404-series tokens can be used in V2 & V3 AMMs, CLOBs, or OTC markets. YieldFusion structured products can be issued as single-tranche vehicles where all buyers share similar risk and return profiles or multi-tranche products where one class of buyers (senior tranche) holds a lower risk, lower return position, and the other class of buyers (junior tranche) hold a higher risk, higher return position.
