Noma Protocol is a decentralized exchange that perpetually increasing and guaranteed Intrinsic Minimum Value (IMV) with permission-less market-making on top of Uniswap V3. At its core, Noma acts as an automatic market maker for protocol owned liquidity with a mechanism guaranteeing the protocol can buy back the whole circulating supply, while still guaranteeing a minimum value for its token price. This is achieved by relocating to the liquidity the profits generated by the trading activity during significant market movements. In addition, the protocol offers extra utilities such as the ability to borrow from the liquidity and staking the token to obtain rewards.
