Klade is a platform built on Ethereum that allows Bitcoin miners to hedge against Bitcoin difficulty increases and allows investors to speculate on Bitcoin miner revenues. Each quarter has a set of two Klade tokens: the Alpha token and the Omega token. At the end of the quarter when the tokens expire, token holders receive a payout that varies depending on how high Bitcoin miner revenues were for that quarter (or equivalently how high BTC difficulty was during that quarter).
