Dan Stone
Dan Stone is the co-founder and CEO of Icebreaker. He most notably served as a Group Product Manager at Google, where he built Google’s most sophisticated personalized marketing and cross-identity measurement products, Google Analytics and Google Signals, respectively. Prior to co-founding Icebreaker, he served as a Group Product Manager at Coinbase, where he led Consumer Trading, earning a patent for AI-assisted multi-chain intent orchestration. He holds a BS in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Surojit Chatterjee
Surojit Chatterjee is former Chief Product Officer at Coinbase. Surojit Chatterjee is joining Coinbase as our new Chief Product Officer after spending 11 years at Google. Coinbase is a product-led company, and Surojit will play a critical role in making the cryptoeconomy accessible to millions more people through Coinbase’s suite of products.Most recently, Surojit was Vice President of Product at Google, where he led Google Shopping, which helps people discover and compare products on Google. Before leading Google Shopping, Surojit was the Head of Product at Flipkart, a popular Indian e-commerce site, leading product management, user experience, product operations, and data science. Prior to Flipkart, Surojit was a founding member of Google’s mobile search ads product.
Maksim Stepanenko
Maksim Stepanenko was a Coinbase engineer who helped build and launch the USDC stablecoin. Maksim graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Charlie Lee
Charlie Lee is Creator of Litecoin, ex-Director of Engineering at Coinbase. Lee created Litecoin while working at Google, where he served as a Software Engineer. He worked on YouTube, Chrome, and Play Games. Although Lee was immediately excited by cryptocurrency, he was unhappy with the early altcoins. He claimed that most didn’t offer any true differences or advantages over Bitcoin. Thus, Lee created Litecoin in 2011. Its Scrypt proof of work function was meant to keep mining distributed and fair. Unlike most altcoins at the time, Litecoin was launched publically and had no premine. Lee also cut Litecoin’s block time from Bitcoin’s 10 minutes to 2.5 minutes.
Hazel Chen
Hazel Chen currently works at Coinbase and was previously Head of Strategy and Operations at Orb Labs and Chief of Staff at Shima Capital. She was a former management consultant at Bain & Company, where she specialized in due diligence, marketing strategy, and implementation for 2C businesses. She has also worked in investments, post-investment management, and advisory for both Web2 and Web3 venture capital firms.
Max Resnick
Max Resnick is currently a lead Economist at Anza. He previously worked at ConsenSys and has extensive experience in developing within the Ethereum ecosystem.
Arun Devabhaktuni
Arun Devabhaktuni was previously the head of research at Mirana Ventures. He graduated from MIT and holds a PhD in biology from Stanford University School of Medicine.

Theo Diamandis was previously a research partner at Bain Capital Crypto. He graduated from Stanford University with a master's degree in electrical engineering and from MIT with a PhD in electrical engineering and computer science.
Khurram Dara
Khurram is a capital markets lawyer and former Head of Regulatory Policy and Crypto at Bain Capital, who has been helping cryptocurrency projects navigate the legal and regulatory landscape since 2017, with a focus on tokens, DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs. He was previously general counsel at Fluidity, the team behind AirSwap and prior to that practiced law at Orrick, where he worked with crypto projects as outside counsel. He began his legal career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel and is a graduate of Columbia Law School. Outside of work, Khurram enjoys playing soccer with friends and watching his beloved Buffalo Bills.
