Alyssa Ponzo leads Product at Decibel, a fully onchain decentralized exchange incubated by Aptos Labs and built to rival centralized exchanges while unlocking new capital-efficient DeFi experiences. Alyssa brings over seven years of experience spanning product management and investing—across financial markets, fintech, and venture capital—including five years at BlackRock. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Econ/CS from Duke University.
