Tania is the co-founder of Sleek. She is an active contributor to various ETH/SOL NFT communities, including CloneX and MonkeDAO. She is also passionate about onboarding young female talent into Web3, and has hosted educational workshops with the Women's Foundation in Hong Kong. Before embarking on her venture in Web3, she was an associate in the Technology Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley. Zev Shimko, co-founder, chief operating officer at Avanti Financial Group. Mr. Shimko will be joining Avanti full-time in April. Prior to Hivemind, Stanley was a Managing Director at China Renaissance, a TMT focused investment bank where he advised many leading tech and web3 firms in Asia on both public and private market capital raise. Stanley has over 15 years of investment banking experience in Hong Kong and London, having worked at UBS, Citi and BAML previously. Stanley holds MSc Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, where he met Matt. He also received BA Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester, graduating with first class honour.

Oh Seung Joon is a Co-Founder and COO of Pow.re, a position he has held on a full-time basis since November 2019. Prior to that, he worked as the Director and Head of Custody and Prime Sales at OSL, and as a VP Trader for 1 year and 8 months.
