Tal Broda was former Vice President of Engineering at Paradigm. Previously, he was Head of Platform at Citadel Securities, where he was responsible for leading teams that built and operated modern, scalable, and highly available platforms that provided the foundation for the firm's systems. Before joining Citadel Securities, Tal was Vice President of Engineering at D2IQ, an enterprise cloud company. Prior to that, he was Chief Technology Officer for SOASTA, a leader in digital performance management that is now part of Akamai. Tal also held senior engineering roles at Oracle earlier in his career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, an MBA from UC Berkeley, and an MBA with honors from Columbia University in New York City.

Prior to Paradigm, he served for fourteen years in various legal and compliance roles at Fortress Investment Group, a global investment manager offering credit, real estate, private equity, and permanent capital vehicle strategies. Most recently, he was the Director of Compliance for Fortress's Credit and Real Estate business. Before that, he was the Director of Compliance for Fortress's Private Equity business. He started his career as Regulatory Counsel, providing regulatory support for all of Fortress's business lines. Alex has a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Columbia University.

Kevin is a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, where he has led early-stage investments in the fintech and developer products sectors since joining in 2017.
