Steve Guo has an outstanding professional and academic background, attending the University of Science and Technology of China at just 15 years old, earning a PhD in computer science in 2005, and starting his career at Intel as a software engineer and technical lead. In early 2018, Steve Guo founded Dora Network, a blockchain company. The company focuses on sidechains and interoperability; At the same time, his team has developed a powerful capability to optimize zero-knowledge proof computations using GPUs. In July 2019, Steve Guo joined Loopring as CTO, and together with his team from Dora Network, built the first zkRollup system, and in August 2025, Steve Guo announced that he would step down as CTO of Loopring at the end of August. In early 2022, Steve Guo was appointed CEO of Loopring.
