Matt Vitebsky is the Vice President of Product at The Block. Previously Matt was Sr. Director of Flagship Products for AccuWeather, a global weather and digital media company. Prior to joining AccuWeather, Matt served as a product manager and data architect for various companies, including TIME, Money.com, Fortune and CitiBank. During his tenure in product management, he has been responsible for the launch of franchises, such as TIME’s “Person of the Year,” The 2017 and 2018 Fortune 500, and Money.com’s “Best Places to Live.” In addition to his extensive professional experience, Matt is also a passionate traveler, avid snowboarder, and enjoys playing soccer, softball, and biking. Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Marist College, and resides in New York City.

Frank Chaparro is the Head of Content and Special Projects at GSR and was previously the Exclusives Host and Director of Special Projects at The Block. Formerly: finance reporter in BusinessInsider, politics at WFUV Radio, comms at Nasdaq. Chaparro started his career at Business Insider, where he specialized in the intersection of digital assets and Wall Street, market structure, and financial technology. He has received numerous accolades for his work and maintained the position as one of the most well-read fintech reporter through his time there, breaking stories on firms such as Fidelity, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Nasdaq.
Ke Zhang
Ke Zhang is the Asia Pacific Director of the block and was previously the co-founder and Head of Business Development and Operations at GeniiData. She holds an MPhil in Development Studies from Cambridge University and specializes in economic and business research, youth empowerment, digital marketing and technology development.

Mika Honkasalo is an investment partner at Equilibrium Ventures and founder of Access Protocol, having previously held positions at ParaFi Capital and The Block.
