He was previously general counsel at Fluidity, the team behind AirSwap and prior to that practiced law at Orrick, where he worked with crypto projects as outside counsel. Natalia is the former Global Head of Partner Managemen at Immutable and is responsible for building the strategy to drive value across these relationships. Additionally, she is on the board of Team4Tech, a non-profit accelerator with the aim of improving the quality of education for under-resourced learners through technology and training. Natalia is a seasoned professional with 15+ years of sales, marketing, and partnership experience. Natalia recently joined Immutable from Coinbase, where she led the NFT Success Team and was responsible for building a team to provide a white-glove experience to some of the most prominent NFT creators in the space. In her past experience at Meta, as the Head of Global Vertical Solutions, she led a cross-functional team and managed product, sales, creative, measurement, and research activities to optimize expansion across the company's largest vertical.

Ron Bernstein was CEO of Paradex before it was acquired by Coinbase. Fascinated with the convergence of the internet, peer-to-peer trading, sports betting and prediction markets, he founded Intrade in 2000, and Tradesports in 2003. Intrade went on become the world’s leading prediction marketplace until the platform's closure in 2015. Ron became fascinated by "Blockchain" in 2014 and became an advisor to Augur.net in 2015 (a prediction market protocol built on top of the Ethereum blockchain). Next steps were forming Augment Partners, a technology company working to build sound financial business models in the growing world of decentralized trading. The development of digital currencies, more blockchains and decentralized software systems continues to fuel his interest in trading, prediction markets, and token economies, and how they may be applied in the real world to benefit everyday life. AugmentPartners' first commercial product release was a peer to peer, non-custodial erc20 token exchange called Paradex .
