Haichen Shen
Haichen Shen is the co-founder of Scroll and leads the engineering team. He is also an open-source enthusiast and has contributed to several open-source projects, including zkEVM, Apache TVM, and RAF. He studied at Tsinghua Yaoban for his undergraduate degree and received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington. His research focuses on the field of low-level systems. After graduating, he worked on building machine learning systems at Amazon.
Steve Wei
Steve is the co-founder and CEO of TOP Network. He is a successful serial entrepreneur, and a founding employee of WebEx. From 1996 to 2003, Steve held multiple key positions at WebEx. In 2004, he founded Cenwave Communications, a video conferencing software company which was successfully sold to Huawei in 2010.

Danny is a core contributor to the Margin X exchange. He has product design experience with Baidu and Lenovo, and he co-founded Pundi X. Danny is a PhD Law scholar from Tsinghua University and holds ACMA and CGMA accounting qualifications. He is an enthusiastic jogger.
