A self-proclaimed geek, she loves solving the toughest customer problems with simple and intuitive solutions. Pratima has worked with Salesforce and Atlassian and sits on the board of DigitalOcean.

Philip Gradwell

Philip Gradwell is Chief Economist at Chainalysis. I lead data-driven research on blockchain economics at Chainalysis. Previously, I led a team of economic consultants in energy and climate change at Vivid Economics, where I helped build the firm from start-up to 40 people.

Michael Mosier

Michael Mosier is the Partner at ex/ante. Michael co-founded Arktouros, a legal boutique dedicated to emergent technology and civil society. He has twice been the first in-house counsel at tech companies: Espresso Systems, building configurable private computation and decentralized sequencing, and Chainalysis, developing blockchain analytics. In public service, Michael served as Acting Director (Deputy Director & Digital Innovation Officer) of the U.S. Treasury’s FinCEN, driving initiatives on privacy and digital identity to improve the resilience and opportunity of the financial system. He also was Counselor (cybersecurity & emerging technology) to the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, a Deputy Chief in the Department of Justice, a Director at the White House National Security Council, and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center.

Michael Gronager

Michael Gronager is the CEO and co-founder of Chainalysis, the leading company in investigation and compliance services for distributed value transfer, with customers from international banks, leading law enforcement agencies, and fintech companies. Prior to founding Chainalysis, Michael was the COO of Payward Inc., the leading euro-to-bitcoin exchange, where he was in charge of banking relations, overseeing the global engineering team, and serving as a cryptocurrency expert. Before entering the Bitcoin scene in 2011, Michael was running international research infrastructure projects, most recently as CEO of the Nordic DataGrid Facility, which was then the biggest distributed storage installation in the world. Michael has served as a member of the Research Infrastructure EGI Project Management Board, the EGI Technical Collaboration Board, and is currently a member of the Board of the Swedish National Supercomputer Center (NSC). Michael is also co-founder of Kraken in San Francisco.

Austin Green

Austin Green is the co-founder of Llama and was previously a senior software engineer at Chainalysis. He is a graduate of the Stephen Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Alex Rawitz

Alex Rawitz is the Co-founder at DIMO. He also is the COO and Cofounder at Digital Infrastructure.Presively he was the Account Executive at Chainalysis. Alex Rawitz is focused on virtual currency/cryptocurrency, with interests in IoT, AV, VR, and anything else from science fiction that has a chance of becoming reality.

With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries such as banking, crypto, government, telecoms, and insurance, Anouska has demonstrated expertise in building high-performing teams and leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Her focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration empowers engineers to deliver their best work and explore innovative ideas.

Kim Grauer

Kim is the Head of Research at Chainalysis, where she examines trends in cryptocurrency economics and crime. She was trained in economics at the London School of Economics and in politics at Oxford University. Previously, she explored technological advancements in developing countries as an Academic Research Associate at the London School of Economics, and was an Economics Researcher at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.
