Loi Luu
Loi Luu is a co-founder and CEO of Kyber Network, a decentralized liquidity network that powers decentralized applications, including exchanges, funds, lending protocols, and payments wallets. He earned his PhD from the National University of Singapore, where he conducted research on cryptocurrencies, smart contract security, and distributed consensus algorithms. Prior to founding Kyber, Loi developed Oyente, the first open-source security analyser for Ethereum smart contracts. He also designed the first sharding protocol for public blockchains, which inspired Zilliqa. He continues to promote decentralisation and trustless properties of blockchain with Kyber Network, providing value to the community.

Yaron Velner
Yaron Velner holds a PhD in computer science from Tel Aviv University. His research is focused on game theory incentives in blockchain protocols and formal verification of smart contracts. He has found several bugs in the Ethereum bug bounty program. Yaron is also an experienced software developer with over 10 years as a senior software engineer and a technical leader at EZchip semi-conductors. He was a member in the data structure and algorithm team, which developed novel data structures for IP routing.

Xinshu Dong is the co-founder of RockX and Zilliqa and serves as a technical partner of IOSG Ventures. Dong Xinshu has an extensive background in the blockchain industry. He co-founded Zilliqa in 2017 and served as the company's CEO until May 2019. .
Mo Dong
Mo Dong is the Venture Partner at IOSG Ventures and the Co-Founder at Celer Network. Mo received his Ph.D. from UIUC. He was founding engineer and product manager at Veriflow, working on network formal verification. He is an expert in applying algorithmic game theory to protocol design and teaches full-stack smart contract courses.

Jiaping Wang
Dr. Jiaping Wang is currently a venture partner at IOSG Ventures. Previously, he was a senior research manager at Microsoft's Redmond Research Lab, focusing on research in distributed systems, computer graphics and vision, and GPU clusters for machine learning. He has published dozens of research papers in top international journals such as ACM SIGGRAPH/ToG and has been granted more than ten US patents. Wang also served as an executive director at Innovation Works, with a focus on investing in blockchain and artificial intelligence. He led the first institutional investment in Bitmain and became one of its three major investors in the first round of funding.
