Ronny Conway
Ronny Conway is the Founder & General Partner at A.Capital. Prior to starting A.Capital, Ronny was one of the first Partners at Andreessen Horowitz, where he was the head of seed and early-stage investing and was involved in such high profile investments as Airbnb, Instagram, Optimizely, Pinterest, Dollar Shave Club and Twitter. Before a16z, Ronny spent six years at Google, and was one of the first employees at Google Ventures. Ronny has spent most of his life around venture capital, and received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

Ramu Arunachalam is the General Partner at A.Capital. Ramu was most recently a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. A computer scientist by training, Ramu has over a decade of operating experience in product management and engineering at both startups and public companies. Prior to Andreessen Horowitz, Ramu led new product initiatives in Big Data for Aster Data (acquired by Teradata). Earlier in his career, Ramu was an engineer at VMware and part of the team that developed the industry’s first virtual switch for VMware’s flagship ESX server product line. Ramu holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering (with University Honors) from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mavis Xu is a Principal at Mirana Ventures, as well as a Venture Partner for Bybit and BitDAO. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Associate at Kraken Ventures, sourcing investments in FinTech and blockchain/crypto companies, and an Associate at Liberty City Ventures, investing in blockchain technology solutions and companies. Dante Disparte is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Policy for Circle, a leading digital financial services firm building the most trusted treasury and payments infrastructure for the internet, including the fastest growing dollar digital currency, USDC. Prior to joining Circle, Dante served as a founding executive of the Diem Association, leading public policy, communications, membership, and social impact. He has two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, business leader and global risk expert, most recently as founder and CEO of Risk Cooperative, a strategic risk advisory and insurance brokerage based in Washington, D.C. Dante is also an appointee on the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) National Advisory Council, and a member of the World Economic Forum's Digital Currency Governance Consortium, helping drive global standards and regulatory harmonization for digital currencies. Dante is a frequent speaker and commentator on business and political issues shaping the world. His views on risk, economic competitiveness and security issues have been featured in Harvard Business Review, BBC, Forbes, and Diplomatic Courier, where he serves on the editorial advisory board. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds an MSc. in Risk Management from the NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in International and Intercultural Studies from Goucher College. Daniel Koshman is the Founder and CEO of Omni X. Prior to working on the NFT platform, he studied Finance and Interactive Media at NYU, built immersive Shopify experiences and won the Chainlink 2021 Spring Hackathon with Xfolio, a mobile crypto wallet that natively supported trading of synthetic derivatives on-chain. Daniel's web3 journey began before the DeFi Summer of 2020, and the first batch of projects he built were a direct response to the demand for decentralized portfolio management and liquidity tracker tools from early on-chain explorers. Interoperability and seamless UX have always been at the heart of Daniel's ventures, and since gaining access to LayerZero Lab's Closed Beta over a year ago, he and the rest of the Omni X team have been hard at work creating the omnichain future of digital collectibles.
