Benedict Chan

Benedict Chan is Vice President Of Engineering at Chainlink Labs. Formerly, CTO at BitGo. He enjoys thinking about BTC, ETH, the potential of smart contracts and DeFi. As CTO of BitGo, Ben Chan led the engineering team and is responsible for the company’s technological architecture and innovation. Ben began building Bitcoin and blockchain infrastructure projects in 2012, including wallet platforms, key management, early blockchain identity management, and machine to machine payments. With vast experience across blockchains and crypto technologies, Ben serves as the core driver for BitGo’s engineering initiatives. Prior to joining BitGo, Ben worked at Microsoft on the conversation understanding platform. Previous to his time at Microsoft, Ben was a partner and quantitative analyst for automated trading at Manticore Investment Group. He also worked as product manager at Zopim Communications and as an engineer at Vr-Zone. Ben holds a degree in computer science from the University of New South Wales.

Sasha MacKinnon is the founder of Mino Games. She graduated from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, founded Bit Battalion, and worked as a Technical Assistant to the CEO at Zynga.

William Wu is the Co-CEO of Catheon Gaming. Previously, he was an investment professional at Oaktree Capital Management in Hong Kong, focusing on special situations and distressed private equity opportunities, as well as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Ru Chiang

Ru Chiang is the CTO of Candy Shop. He began his career directly in the cryptocurrency industry, and has created solutions for various areas, including cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, and web3 native applications. He oversaw the development of the custody product at Hex Trust, a licensed Hong Kong digital asset custodian, and helped to build the exchange/internal custody product at Crypto.com. He was also a participant of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park incubation program, where he developed a platform for sharing community goods to reduce food waste. Before founding Candy Shop, he headed a team that built an NFT fractionalization product, which won first place in the Serum and Wormhole hackathon.

Pratima Arora

Pratima Arora is Chainalysis' Chief Product Officer. She is a revenue-generating, product-strategy, tech-loving mastermind who is delivering Chainalysis' blockchain data platform to customers globally. A self-proclaimed geek, she loves solving the toughest customer problems with simple and intuitive solutions. Pratima has worked with Salesforce and Atlassian and sits on the board of DigitalOcean.

Ryan Silva

Ryan Silva is the Head of Trading at BlockTower Capital. Previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Celsius, where he led global CeFi Trading and Market Insights teams. Before entering the digital asset space, Ryan was a Portfolio Manager at KLS Diversified, a multi-billion-dollar global macro and fixed income relative value hedge fund in NYC. Ryan has extensive experience in traditional capital markets, having worked at RBS Greenwich Capital and Merrill Lynch & Co. Ryan is a CFA Charterholder, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and is an advocate for empowering people with disabilities to participate in athletics.

Michael Mosier

Michael Mosier is the Partner at ex/ante. Michael co-founded Arktouros, a legal boutique dedicated to emergent technology and civil society. He has twice been the first in-house counsel at tech companies: Espresso Systems, building configurable private computation and decentralized sequencing, and Chainalysis, developing blockchain analytics. In public service, Michael served as Acting Director (Deputy Director & Digital Innovation Officer) of the U.S. Treasury’s FinCEN, driving initiatives on privacy and digital identity to improve the resilience and opportunity of the financial system. He also was Counselor (cybersecurity & emerging technology) to the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, a Deputy Chief in the Department of Justice, a Director at the White House National Security Council, and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center.

Michael Gronager

Michael Gronager is the CEO and co-founder of Chainalysis, the leading company in investigation and compliance services for distributed value transfer, with customers from international banks, leading law enforcement agencies, and fintech companies. Prior to founding Chainalysis, Michael was the COO of Payward Inc., the leading euro-to-bitcoin exchange, where he was in charge of banking relations, overseeing the global engineering team, and serving as a cryptocurrency expert. Before entering the Bitcoin scene in 2011, Michael was running international research infrastructure projects, most recently as CEO of the Nordic DataGrid Facility, which was then the biggest distributed storage installation in the world. Michael has served as a member of the Research Infrastructure EGI Project Management Board, the EGI Technical Collaboration Board, and is currently a member of the Board of the Swedish National Supercomputer Center (NSC). Michael is also co-founder of Kraken in San Francisco.
