Niraj Pant is the Co-Founder at Ritual. Presively he was a General Partner at Polychain Capital, where he invests in early-stage cryptocurrency projects. Prior to this role, he researched privacy in the Decentralized Systems Lab at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Niraj has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for CoinDCX, an Ambassador for Sequoia Capital, and Co-Founder and CTO of Source Networks. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Luka Jankovic

Luka Jankovic is HHead of Product at Galaxy Digital LP. Ex-GoldmanSachs, a NYC-based multi-strategy cryptocurrency and blockchain investment firm with Mike Novogratz. Prior to joining Galaxy, Luka worked at Goldman Sachs in the Hedge Fund Strategies group between 2016 and 2017. He spent the summers of 2014 and 2015 at Goldman Sachs working in private equity and hedge fund groups. Luka graduated Summa Cum Laude in three years from Cornell University in 2015 where he majored in Applied Economics & Management in the Charles H. Dyson School with a triple concentration. In 2016, he completed his Master's degree at Cornell University focusing on behavioral finance.

Before that, he was a technology investor and the founder of Sureview Capital, a hedge fund supported by the Blackstone Group. John began his investment career at Tiger Management, a distinguished hedge fund that had $20 billion in assets under management at its peak. Afterwards, he managed a global technology portfolio at Kingdon Capital. John received his MBA from Harvard University and holds a BS in Economics from Cornell University.

Luke Pearson

Luke Pearson is a research cryptographer at Polychain Capital, specializing in blockchain protocols. He works on the technical aspects of projects and protocols related to the next generation of technology, with expertise in ECC, protocol design, smart contract development, decentralized finance, and more. Previously, he worked as a cryptographer at the Dusk Foundation, researching decentralized communication technology. He received his education in Applied Mathematics from the University of Groningen.

Alexa Beaver Smith

Alex Marinier is Founder & General Partner at New Form. Previously, Alex was an investor at Sand Hill firm DCM Ventures, where he led the firm's expansion into blockchain investing. Prior to that, Alex worked in private equity at Blackstone in New York underwriting secondary transactions. He's a seed investor in Compound Finance, Blockfolio, and Chia among others.
