Adam Joyce is the Chief Architect & Co-Founder at Elliptic. Adam was previously a Quantitative Analyst at Liquid Capital Group from August 2009 to August 2013. Prior to that, he was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at University of Bristol from August 2006 to October 2008, and at Erwin Schroedinger Institute, Vienna from January 2006 to July 2006. Sam Werner
Sam M. Werner is DeFi buidler at Curve and backd. I am a PhD student in the Centre for Cryptocurrency Research and Engineering at Imperial College London, supervised by Professor William Knottenbelt. In my research I am trying to answer questions around incentive structures found in blockchain systems, ranging from mining pools to DeFi protocols. Previously I have worked as a software engineer intern at the enterprise blockchain firm R3 and have done contracting work for Imperial Consultants and Unilever.
