Aber Whitcomb is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience in the tech industry. He is currently CTO and co-founder of Plai Labs, a next-generation social platform powered by web3 and AI. Before this, Whitcomb was CTO and co-founder of Jam City and partner at I/O Ventures. He was also formerly CTO and co-founder of MySpace. Whitcomb is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned his BS in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Chris DeWolfe

Chris DeWolfe is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a successful track record in the mobile entertainment and social networking industries. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of Plai Labs and Jam City, a global leader in mobile entertainment that provides social gaming experiences. Before Jam City, Chris co-founded and served as CEO of MySpace, where he popularized social networking and revolutionized the music industry. In 2015, Chris received Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Producers Guild of America's Vanguard award in 2009. He studied finance at the University of Washington and attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, which honored him in 2006 with the Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year award. Chris is an advisor at USC's Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and a board member of Uproxx Media Group.

Patrick Loney

Patrick Loney came in-house at Sino Global Capital in August 2021 after serving as SGC’s outside legal counsel for five years. Patrick’s responsibilities include serving as head lawyer for the Fund, leading fundraising efforts and serving as the Fund LPs’ primary point of contact. In his seven years living in China, Patrick worked in the legal, financial advisory and trade industries. From 2014 to 2021, Patrick served primarily Asian legal clients on cross-border M&A, securities compliance and financings. From 2015 to 2018, Patrick was Associate Director and General Counsel of Paragon Partners Asia, a Shanghai-based merchant bank. At Paragon, Patrick sourced foreign investment opportunities for Chinese investors and assisted with legal issues related to cross-border investment transactions. During the outbreak of the global Covid-19 pandemic, Patrick formed Mintwood DML, a crossborder personal protective equipment (PPE) trading company. From March to December 2020, Mintwood DML sold $5 million+ in PPE to hospitals and governments located in the United States and India. Prior to moving to China in 2014, Patrick was a corporate attorney at the Seattle office of K&L Gates and served as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA). Patrick received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and was a member of the executive board of the Washington Law Review. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.

Haichen Shen

Haichen Shen is the co-founder of Scroll and leads the engineering team. He is also an open-source enthusiast and has contributed to several open-source projects, including zkEVM, Apache TVM, and RAF. He studied at Tsinghua Yaoban for his undergraduate degree and received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington. His research focuses on the field of low-level systems. After graduating, he worked on building machine learning systems at Amazon.

Matt Nutt

Matt is the Co-founder and COO of Fenix Games. He was previously the COO and Head of Games at Mythical Games. Matt started his career at Microsoft, where he was focused on product and partner development as part of the team that created Expedia. After this, he transitioned to the games industry. Before joining Mythical, he was the Vice President and Group General Manager for EA Mobile. Additionally, he managed studios at Glu Mobile, ran indie studio Cie Games (which was sold to Glu in 2014), and held management positions at Blizzard Entertainment and Square Enix, in business development roles.

Mihee Park

Mihee Park has over 30 years of work experience. Mihee began their career in 1991 as an Officer at Kyongnam Bank. In 1998, they became a Consultant at Korea M&A Corporation, where their main responsibilities included M&A Advisory. Mihee then moved on to Arthur Andersen in 1999 as a Senior Consultant. In 2002, they joined C&P Consulting as a Manager. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at Sibelco Group, where they held the roles of Chief Financial Officer - Asia, Vice President Corporate - Asia, Senior Corporate Finance Manager - Asia, Interim General Manager - Korea, and Integration Manager. In 2018, they joined Zilliqa as the Chief Financial Officer, where they worked on a high-performance, high-security blockchain platform for enterprises and next-generation applications. In 2022, they joined Big Time Studios as the Chief Financial Officer. Mihee Park attended the University of Washington from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Mihee then attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Certificate in Fintech. In March 2018, they also obtained the Oxford Fintech Programme certification from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.

Jack Zampolin

Jack Zampolin is Co-Founder of Sommelier and Founder at Strangelove Ventures. He has been working in the Cosmos ecosystem since 2018, first becoming Director of Product at Tendermint, the company that built the consensus protocol that underpins inter-blockchain communications in Cosmos. He then moved on to become VP of Product at Akash Network. Jack has been developing blockchain projects since 2017, when he joined the engineering team of Blockstack. He holds a BA from Washington and Lee University.

Ben Davenport is CTO and co-founder at BitGo, the leading infrastructure company for Bitcoin and digital currencies. He is an active angel investor, having invested in 60+ companies. Previously, Ben co-founded Beluga, which was acquired by Facebook, and became the basis for Facebook Messenger.
